Nice quaint small town, family owned motel. The rooms are clean and bed is comfy. Old fashion door keys and screen doors, if you are looking for fancy, you won't find it here. Lisa, the owner was very welcoming and helpful from my initial call to reserve to checking in. If we are ever back in the area, we will stay again.
Wonderful staff! Great communication, answers questions, and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay here. Room was clean and spacious. Motel is close to restaurants,gas stations,grocery stores, and entertainment . We will be back
Absolutely loved it. Owner was so lovely and kind, room was fantastic. Only gripe is that the bathroom door doesn't close? Lol. But it didn't detract at all.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. We liked the location, across from a restaurant, close to canoe rental place and stores. We would highly recommend the Motel in Mio
I'm a truckdriver i call Lisa and reserve a room once or twice a week. Lisa and Frank are very friendly, super nice people.its a nice place to stay.It's quiet, clean.an the restaurant an bar is across the street truck parking right next to the motel
Coming all the way from Texas to work in Mio MI, we didn’t know what to expect. Luckily we had Lisa from the Mio Motel who accommodated us soooo well. We felt at home, we were here for work and it still felt like vacation. Amazing place and service!!!
Great all around place to stay. Especially for trail riding, summer and winter. Have stayed here a few times, groceries, hardware store and many miles of trails right off the parking lot. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great owners.
The staff are courteous and the room was clean. Next time I'm in the area, that's where I'm staying.
